5-day parking pass - $60 - For Exhibitors only.  5-day parking pass for the I5 Lots. April 26-30. Ideal for RVs, trailers or other vehicles that might not fit in the OCC Parking garage. The 2023 show is once again back live at the Oregon Convention Center.  We were pleased that the 2022 show, after a two year absence, was very successful for most vendors.

Benefits

  • $32,000 advertising budget which is almost a 20% increase this year.  A new social media expert has been hired to help us be more effective.
  • Previous shows have had up to 17,000 visitors.  Last year we had more than 15,000 attendees.

Details

  • Location – Oregon Convention Center, Hall D
  • Move-In - April 17,18
  • Wednesday - 2:00 – 6:00
  • Thursday – 9:00 – 9:00
  • Overnight security will be provided Thursday night
  • Show Hours:
    • Friday – 10 – 7
    • Saturday – 10 – 6
    • Sunday – 10 – 4
  • Booths available – Booths will have 3’ side curtains, 8’ back wall, and an identification sign.  No tables or chairs will be provided, however they can be ordered separately.  We have 250' of booth space which equates to 25 ten booths including the Guild's booth.  Many vendors have a 15' or 20'  booth so available booths is hard to determine.  There are 6 corner booths available on a first come, first serve basis.  Best to register early.
BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT FOR THIS YEAR
    • 10’ x 10’ - $500 – Corner booths available on first come, first serve at no extra cost
    • 15’ x 10’ - $750 – Corner booths available on first come, first serve at no extra cost
    • Electrical - $95 - Purchase with your deposit is best but can add before April 1 if needed.
    • 5 day parking pass - For Exhibitors only.  April 26-30.  I5 parking lots
    • Larger Booths - to order a 20' booth, order two 10' booth.  For a 25' booth, order one 10' and one 15' booth.  Deposits are required 
    • Register Early - We are expecting more vendors this year so get your reservation in ASAP.
  • COVID Requirements – We are adhering to state and local guidelines.  Proof of vaccination is no longer required.  Masking is optional.
Deadlines
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a booth
  • Remaining balance due March 15, 2023

  • $100 deposit for 10' Booth
  • $150 deposit for 15' Booth
  • $20 - Extension for Steel Framing for Corner or Oversized Booths
  • $20 - Diagonal bar, required 9'-16' extensions are available
  • $20 - 10’ Extension, 8' high perpendicular to back, no curtain

  • $95 Electrical
  • $30 - Table (no skirts)
  • $21 - Chair
  • $25 - Bar Stool
  • $400 Final Payment for 10' Booth
  • $650 Final Payment for 15' Booth
  • NEW - 5-day Parking Pass

IMPORTANT NOTE - FOR A BOOTH - YOU NEED TO PAY FOR A DEPOSIT ASAP TO RESERVE THE SAPCE AND THEN, BY MARCH 15, 2023, PAY THE FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE TOTAL COST. IF YOU WANT TO PAY THE FULL COST INITIALLY, PURCHASE BOTH THE DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT BELOW.  ELECTRICITY CAN BE ORDER ANYTIME BUT BEST TO ORDER WITH YOUR DEPOSIT SO NOT TO FORGET.
